There are 3 reasons to allow students to wear school uniforms. First, I will tell you why school uniforms make students feel they are a part of group. It is better to work for yourself than work for an employer

As we see in our country, there are people who self-employed and people who work for another following their each talent. As I have tried to find out this problem, I think that it is better to work for yourself than work for an employer for two reasons is you will be your own boss and you will be able to keep your hours.             First of all, working for yourself will make you be your own boss by not being blamed as working for an employer. Ways to be an Effective Listener

You have to concentrate on what the speaker says, not just hear and forget. The second step is avoiding pre-judgement. You, the listener, have to avoid pre-judge the speaker’s appearance or occupation, or jump to any conclusions before hearing what the speaker says. The third step is being open-minded. Although you are listening to what you would not like to hear, you have to keep listening and appreciate the speaker’s point of view. The fourth step is establishing eye contact. To show that you are listening carefully to the speaker, you have to make eye contact. The fifth step is watching for signals. You have to watch the speaker’s posture and gesture, and listen to intonation in the speaker’s words because sometimes these aspects could mean something that the speaker considers important.
