As a result, people and environment have always been caused problems by flooding. So, flood makes bad effect to communication systems, people’s living, people’s health and lives, and country’s economy. Flood in Cambodia Firstly, flood can seriously obstruct communication systems. The fast flowing flood can cut off the roads or even can break down the bridges, hence the traffic need to be delayed, or detouring roads are needed even in a long distance. Moreover, the prolonged flood can also disrupt the railway lines, and the railway stations can also be closed for a while waiting for the flood goes down. Mary was born on February 09 in Phnom Penh. Actually, Mary doesn’t know his real birthday, but he was told by his parents that he was born about a month before the Chinese New Year in 1989. He likes surfing on the internet and watching movie. He has produced many interested videos, some of which was posted on YouTubehttp://www.youtube.com/user/Maryboy100. In high school, he wanted to be a TV Producer or Filmmaker, but he couldn’t study that because he lacked of information and couldn’t afford to study at Limkokwing University of Creative Technology. However, he has been attending in two universities. One is at Norton University majoring in English Communication, and another one is at Preah Kossomak Polytechnic Institute majoring in Civil Engineering. He enjoys studying English Communication because of his talent in Arts. As a senior student, he had to fulfill the requirement of the College of Arts, Humanities, and Languages for 100-hour internship, so on Oct 25, 2010 he applied for working in Graduate School Department. It was there where he was called to work as Secretariat in the Asian University Presidents Forum 2010 hosted by Norton University on 16-18 December at InterContinental Hotel. Mary tried his best for his first participating in such big event he has never joined. As a result, he got back a good experience and certificate showing his working in international forum. In his life, Mary learns that “The world gives us life, but not treats us right; it needs our own effort to meet our own needs.”
