It is better to work for yourself than work for an employer

By reaching the age of 18 and over, people always ask themselves whether they should work for another or should be self-employed in future. As we see in our country, there are people who self-employed and people who work for another following their each talent. As I have tried to find out this problem, I think that it is better to work for yourself than work for an employer for two reasons is you will be your own boss and you will be able to keep your hours.

            First of all, working for yourself will make you be your own boss by not being blamed as working for an employer. Being your own boss, you will find out that you have more free times than you work for an employer; for example, you will not be in a rush hours to get the things done before the deadline, or you do not have to report to your boss. Moreover, you are able to choose your team that is the best with you. Let me give you an example. When you work in teamwork for a company, you may hear that someone talk bad behind you, and you may be angry if you are not a patient person, so being your own boss is better that you can choose a good team that is best for you. In addition, when you are your own boss, you can make decision on your business through your vision. For instance, whichever decision you think it is right, you can run it; no one can stop your ambition, and you do not have to submit it to your boss and wait for his or her decision. Therefore, when you work for yourself, you will become your own boss that no one can blame you.

            Finally, when you work for yourself, you will be able to keep your own hours. You can set time to work at any time you want depending on you are a morning person or a night person. If you are a morning person, you can work in the morning and the afternoon, and if you are a night person you can work in the afternoon till evening or night. Moreover, you can close your business earlier if you have to go outside. For example, when you have to go to your relative’s wedding party, you do not have to ask for permission from your boss because you are your own boss. Additionally, you will have more time to be with your family; for instance, you will be close to your family, know how your family feels, and especially you can do all the works around the house instead of your family. So, it is better to keep your own hours to do what you want then work for an employer.

            Today, we have discussed two main points that show working for yourself better than working for an employer is you are your own boss and you can keep your own hours. In conclusion, I think that working for yourself is better than working for an employer because you are not under other’s ordering and are not waste your time to work for others till forget time for your family.
